Tarah graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Sports Science. She played 4 years of competitive Division 1 softball while at OSU. After graduating, she had her heart set on getting her doctorate in Physical Therapy.
After starting as a personal trainer soon after graduating, she fell in love with helping her clients get stronger, recover from injuries, and reach their goals. Tarah has been training for over 15 years, with experience with all ages and abilities.

Tip graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelors degree in Business. He has always wanted to be an Entrepreneur and own his own business one day. After working at the gym for years as a salesman, he decided he wanted to become a personal trainer. Now he’s combining his love for business and training together.
Tip is also the Varsity assistant basketball coach at Lakeridge High School.

Tyler graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelors degree in Exercise & Sport Science. He first fell in love with fitness through lifting weights in high school, doing off-season football workouts. He has 5+ years of experience in training. Tyler is very passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals and improving their overall health.
He is experienced in training all fitness levels and ages. Tyler specializes in functional training, strength, sports performance, mobility, corrective exercise & injury prevention.
Other than lifting weights and training. He likes to hike, snowboard, golf, watch sports, and spend quality time with family and friends.
Landon is a sports performance specialist. He played football at Tigard Highschool, competed in track and field growing up and was recruited by numerous Division 1 programs for football. Due to many injuries and a career-ending one, Landon was able to transition his love for football and working out to helping others reach success with their physical and training desires.
He has 7+ years of experience training youth, highschool, collegiate, professional athletes and anyone looking to improve their health and wellness. Landon also specializes in functional movement, sports specific training, mobility, flexibility and injury prevention.
Laura Glaze received her certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) in 2010. She graduated from Western Oregon University in 2002 with a Bachelors of Science and completed her Masters in Education at Portland State University in 2009.
In addition to one on one personal training, Laura has taught and created her own formats for group classes such as Step It Up, Burn, Spin, and stretching. She has trained clients of all ages and enjoys creating programs that are tailored to each individual.
When Laura is not training, she spends her time hanging out with her husband and business partner, Mick, and their two boys, Logan and Nolan.
Mick Glaze has over 19 years of training experience to support your health and fitness goals. Your personalized training routines will be fun, challenging, and safe. Mick collaborates with his clients, recognizing that while he is a strength and conditioning specialist, you know your body better than anyone. Be assured that when training with Mick, what you think and feel will always be prioritized.
When Mick is away from training he spends his free time with his wife and business partner, Laura Glaze, and their two boys, Logan and Nolan.
